As our products involve shipping and handling costs, we are generally unable to offer returns or refunds for products that have been correctly supplied and delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and the product received. This helps us verify the issue and process your request efficiently.

Once the claim is approved, we will either arrange for the return shipment at no cost to you or we shall issue a refund directly. In case we require the item to be returned, we shall inspect the returned item and the refund/replacement shall be processed.
